"Lisa, about to go away for Easter. Thanks for your message. The caregivers you sent were lovely, caring and very professional. We would be happy to use them again should the occasion arise. I hope they were happy with the time they spent with us. Thanks so much Lisa. I appreciate the email. Best,"

"Kim, Several days have gone by since mom died, and we all want you to know how very grateful we are for your wonderful, insightful, compassionate care. We don't know what we would have done without you and Naomi helping us navigate, but we do know that mom's last few years, which were so painful for her, would have been a great deal harder for her and for us. Thank you for being willing to step in and out of the case as the Hospice involvement shifted. Thanks for always acting with such a lovely balance of warmth and professionalism. Thank you for, the first time I met you in person, giving me a huge hug. Thanks for wrestling with the pill tower and the prescriptions. Thanks for being a strong link to the doctors and a strong support to mom. We are so appreciative."
